If there was a better picture of it I could try to determine if that's a centaur cat, and if a centaur cat is either the greatest thing ever, or the stupidest.

also a pre-evo of one of cherimu has been shown.

Oh, CK that Cat is only catchable in pearl.

Also Lapras only appears in the day time.

Final forms of starters shown.
Grass one looks Excellent, as does Water, Fire one can go jump of a cliff.

First, I said I always get both version. Secondly, I'd only consider having Pearl for my master game if I actually liked that cat.

The great thing about Pocchama's final form being Water/Steel is that Hikozaru's final form is Fire/Fighting, and Fighting is strong against Steel (in fact, so is Fire, but Pocchama's Water half nulls that). Those of you who said Nintendo wouldn't be so stupid as to make Pocchama's final form Water/Ice because that would give it an edge over the Grass Pokemon? Thanks for jinxing it.

Actually, looking at it it seems like they got some total back-ass-wards thing where all the Pokemon have some edge on another. Ground is Strong Against Fire, Fighting against Steel, and Steel against Grass (although I don't know how Steel is against Ground)

EDIT: My bad, Steel is normal against Grass and Ground. Well, I guess since most Water types can learn Ice Beam, and both Grass and Ground are weak against Ice, that's supposed to be Pocchama's advantage over the grass one. Or else Nintendo was just being careless with this one.

Ugh, I hate all 3 starter-final Evolutions. I can't even tell where the grass one's head it(Well, actually I can, I'm just exagerating. It's hard to see it though...), the fire one just looks dumb, and I can't even tell what's up with that water one.

Yeah.

Those 3 fully evolved starters are pretty sexy if you ask me. Still going with Pocchama because...

A. It's adorable
2. I've never actually used a water starter before. I used Charmander for RBY (and Fire Red because I wub him), Sceptile for Sapphire, and I wanna try this out.
D. It's adorable. Oh, and the evolved form, if we get a different picture, looks prty sweet.

(P.S. The babies are a joke. Yet again.)

They have a list of little sprites of all the new Pokemon.

Wow, there's probably more babies and evolutions of old Pokemon than new ones.

Well, for those of you too lazy to look, here's some info I gleaned from Serebii. These are all the Pokes that are getting evolved:

Misdreavous, Aipom, Murkrow, Lickitung, Magneton, Rhydon, Tangela, Magmar, Togetic, Grass and Ice Eeveelutions, Gligar evo (w00t), Piloswine evo (gah, I don't know which one to choose), Porygon3 (A guess, I hope they give it a better name), Alternate Kirlia, Nosepass (Rock/steel now), and Dusclops.

Looks like they're shooting to make all the 2-evolution chains into 3-evolution chains. Not sure if I'm happy about that or not, yet.

Looks to me like they're shooting to make 100 new Pokemon without actually making 100 new Pokemon.

I happen to think the Grass-type is pretty clever to be honest, although its first form is pretty ugly, it's second evol looks slightly like a shrub, which at the very least has not been done in the Pokemon grass world yet. Not the mention the last evo looks like a mix between that super-armored dinosaur and a bonzai tree, which I think is pretty cool! Actually the only real issue I have with him is because he is a Grass/Ground type, chances are he's gonna be slower then heck, obviously going to be lowest speed of any of the starters. (Grass have always been slow, as have been most Grounds.)

The fire type looks ridiculous, no comment on the water type.

If anyone cares, the super-armored dinosaur is called Ankylosaurus.
