Pokemon Emerald Player's Guide: A Question - VGF

I plan, to buy the guide for Pokemon emerald, but I have a question: Does it cover Ruby and Sapphire as well. I'm talking about the official Nintendo Power guide.

I appreciate your answer, because I need to buy a guide for the game.

Let me lengthen Marchies answer.

Nope, because of slight changes in pokemon, a few newer areas were added in Emerald, and well that's it really. I suppose it could work to an extent, but not alot.
