Move of the Week #1: Splash

(This is something I'd like to try, if you guys like it I'll keep it going, if not, I'll stop.)
Splash
PP:40
Base Power:0
Accuracy:0
Type:Normal
Battle Effect: Does Nothing, Just a Splash
My Opinion:Worst attack ever. Absolutely no point.

The point is to prevent Magikarp from using Struggle if Tackle (and sometimes Flail) run out.

And remember, "I'm-a Charzard, number, well, six."

It is not the worst move. It is Memento.

Haha, but Splash doesn't do anything.
Memento lowers stats.

Splash doesn't.

Um.... that's great, and all, but...

Is thread necromancy really warranted here? We're a good three months plus past this topic.

Just curious, you understand.
