Gender: Posts: 23,827 Thanks: 639 Thanked 726 Times in 408 Posts | The new Legendary, Regigigas, is the only poke that can learn this move. Who knows what the ratio is of HP to whatever, so this move looks...right now, pretty worthless, especially considering Gigas can learn the elemental punches and a physical Psychic move to take out its Fighting weakness.
