If by "someone" you mean "SilverWind" and by "holding Ditto hostage" you mean "using it to breed a lot" then yes.

Uh, Marchie, your comment didn't really deal with what I was saying.

I was stating that I can't make use of the friend codes because I must go to McDonald's, as I have no Wi-Fi at my house. It's very difficult to be on at the same time as someone else when I must be away from internets to actually go on Wi-Fi.

In the Battle Tower, you can download fights against other people's teams that they've uploaded. You don't fight them directly, though.

Close enough, I guess...

So many of these Wi-Fi games would be better if they didn't screw it up with Friend Codes. I suppose it's understandable with this game, as the ability to speak with others could result in rather bad endings.

But of course, this is not the place to take this up with.

Perhaps soon I will be able to get another Pinlup from someone here. I do hope I can get Wi-Fi in my home soon.

I put up my Mespirit on GTS and got a Palkia (I own Diamond) with a kanji name. Level 66. Pretty sweet.

So anyway, I got my Ditto back. Who wants a Bulbasaur? Torchic? Squirtle? Totodile? Piplup? Chimchar? Turtwig?
