A Couple Questions:

1. How do I find out my Wi-Fi number?

2. Do I need any extra connections or do I have to pay anything to do this?

You need a wireless router or a Nintendo USB port. To get your Code, you go to the basement of a Pokecenter and talk with the first girl. She'll give you a pal pad. You'll get a friend code as soon as you connect to the Nintendo WFC, and then you'll be able to find it in your pal pad from then on. That's also where you register other pplz'z.

My DS is charging and I haven't set up my Friend Code yet. Although since I only just beat the second gym (I had finals last week and I only started yesterday), I don't think I have anything anybody wants anyway.

On a side note, I have both versions, but I haven't even touched Pearl yet.

Mr. Marilink! You know as well as I do that the differences only lie in the Pokémon which reside in each version! Your comment is only based on opinion due to different monster choices!

(Oh, and I still have my cracked top-screen DS, so I can't see past the sixth digit. Unless I can see the code on another DS, it'll have to wait until I get a DS Lite.)
