"Beat" the game

I say "Beat" because there's still 1,000 things I still have to do. But I do believe I'm the first here to beat the American version of the game.

The Elite Four's pretty tough. Cynthia has a level 66 Garchomp but it really didn't do much against my level 54 Abomasnow. Two-shotted, even. It took strategy with my levels so low, but I was just sick of training.

I'm at Victory Road now. However, after reading about the Pokemon League trainers...I'm going to train my Pokemon.

Maybe I'll be 2nd or 3rd.

As soon as I get Infernape to the same level as my other Pokemon, I should be fine....

Alright, then I'll probably be the third one done, seeing as my Pokes are only higher-40's. I'm waiting for two of my Pokemon to mate so I can train the baby to kick ass (hopefully). The day care man says that "They seem to like each other". Does this mean they'll breed, or do they have to be friendlier then that?

After that, I'm training my Pokemon to 60, using the VR trainers, then I'll beat the E4 up...

The only phrase he says that means they won't mate is "The two prefer to play with other pokemon than with each other."

What are you trying to breed?

^^I'm breeding two Sneseals(SP?), so the egg group is correct. Everything seems good. I didn't check their natures, but I'm not sure if that will affect it...

They've been in the Day Care for almost a day now, and no egg.

One more question: Sneseal(SP?) evolves after it levels up while holding the Razor Claw during the night, right?

Beating the game first is not really that much of an accomplishment, it just says you have less of an outside life than everybody else..

Either that or you just have more spare time.

Unless you're talking about Diamond/Pearl, I beat it several years ago.

I practically one-shot the l33t four and the Champion on Thursday. I found them all quite easy. (Not quite as easy as the G/S/C ones though)

My team:

Torterra: 62
Palkia: 61
Luxray: 60
Weavile: 60
Lucario: 60
Mespirit: 50 (<-- Meant to bring another pokemon for a decoy but I forgot I had him with me)

If you exploit their weaknesses (Which included having to waste a Fire blast on Palkia to take out Lucian's Bronzong -_-), take the time to train a Weavile and give it Night Slash, then you can practically one-shot the l33t four, even with your 'Mon at a lower level. That still cant' stop the Champion's damn Milotic from being annoying, or the Champion for playing about a million Full Restores at the worst possible time. *Smites Milotic with a Pow Hammer*

Garchomp is actually pretty easy despite being 66. If you have a 61-62 Palkia holding the Lustrous orb like I did, then one Spacial Rend will send it packing.
