Where do you get Dragon Scale?

if RS I don't know...

In GSC, catch the red Garydos and that will give you the dragonscale...

in GSC, give an item to a PKMN, save infront of a Computer in the PKMN center and then place the PKMN that has the item you want to double in a box. then goto the change box option, choose another box and when it says "Saving... Don't Turn off the power..." turn the GB off while it just about to start spelling "Don't". when you turn the GB back on, the PKMN will be on your Computer and in your party, and the item will be doubled.

Aww...come on.

I hardly know anything yet. My highest Pokemon is only at level 67!! How was I supposed to help? And plus, I don't know what some attacks do.
