Perfect Smeargle moveset (I think)

I've been trying to think of the best moveset for Smeargle to make it able to take down any pokemon, and I think I finally have it!

Gastro Acid
Spore
Sheer Cold
Lock-On/Mind Reader

Basically, it has Spore, the most accurate of the sleep-inducing moves, to put the opponent to sleep. Then it does the Lock-On/Mind Reader move, and uses Sheer Cold for the one hit KO. Sheer Cold is the absolute best for this set-up, because it can hit every pokemon type, unlike Horn Drill/Guillotine which cannot hit ghosts or Fissure that cannot hit Flying/Levitate. In the end, Gastro Acid is added in on the off chance you're fighting an opponent that either has Sturdy (which negates OHKO) or Synchronize (which will sleep yourself when you Spore).

The only real flaw with this set-up is that if you're facing a Pokemon faster than Smeargle, you're at risk of being messed up right from the start, or if the opponent wakes up before you land the OHKO and messes ya up that way.

Thing is that in the competitve battling environment, OHKO moves are banned....
