My least favorite, movie-based, is Deoxys. Long story short: Self-serving [Oops, can't use this word. CENSORED!]. I can understand trying to find a friend, but do you have to tune out everyone trying to help you and destroy half a city doing it?!?
And my least favorite Pokemon from the game is either Slakoth or Slaking, because of Truant. :/ I hate waiting an extra turn for an attack. Don't we all?

You guys are all wrong, Feebas is way worse then Magikarp, first of all, cause at least Magikarp evolves really quickly at lvl 20, to whereas Feebas you not only have to watch its attitude, but then have to work to get its beauty to max, which is way annoying.

Honestly, the worst Pokemon is Unown, they are incredibly weak with only one move that is usually way random. There are 26 (28 now) usless versions of this Pokemon, and it doesn't even evolve. Its impossible to raise, a pain in the ass to really collect them all, and most times are just more annoying to run into as they give crap for exp and aren't worth capturing.

Magikarp is terrible. All it can use is splash.The only reason I ever catch them is so that I can get a gyarados.
