Worst Legendary is Rayquaza.

Worst actual Pokemon would have to be Magikarp. Feebas can learn TMs and has a better evolution.

Shuckle has one of the highest defenses in the game.

^^Then after he transforms, he can use Psychic 10 times, or Recover 10 times, or etc. Seriously, catching aside, how often do you go through 10 battles in a row without healing?

Having a very high defense is quite good, espcially if they're down to their last pokemon. And you have Shuckle with Toxic, Safeguard, Rest, Attract and Lum Berry, then let's see you complain.

Dunsparce or Yanma, without a doubt. One-stage, bad stats, bad movesets, and rare. Why did they do this?

Edit: oh, and Dunsparce is ugly, to boot. Yanma at least looks okay.

Rayquaza is one of the best Legendarys. It dosn't suck just cause it's weak to Ice Beam.

Magikarp and Feebas, and any "one move" poke (besides Smergle) By Default obvisly, But after that, I would have to say... Um... How about Macargo. Nobody likes Macargo.
