| Guest Posts: n/a | Sega is working on F-Zero. Sega cant ever take that away. The Dk Series would probably go to another company of Nintendos o say, Slicon Knights or Retro Studios. Maybe even HAL Laboratory. Don't worry, they'll think of something. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Well they're working on DK Plus right now with Donkey Kong going through a construction site. DK in pre Rare DK situations. Sounds like Zelda. So who would be best for the job? Heres my take from what was listed: Nintendo, who else, they will probably do something interesting with it. But it will likely not happen since Nintendo is more focus with other things like Mario, Zelda and Pokemon. Sega, they will probably do a good job. Namco, they have been around for a while, and are probably the best for the job. Hal, because of SSBM. But considering how they handled their franchises, it probably shouldn't go to them. Kirby 64 wasn't all it should have been and Earthbound 64 never made it. Retro, I don't know after Metroid became FPV, I can't imagine playing DK GCN in First Person. Silicon Knights, they're more of the dark horror game dev. Feel free to correct me. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | The problem with all those type of games is, it's one small area where you can jump in different things into different worlds. That was allright for Mario 64 because it was their first attempt at a 3d game, but enough is enough. It's time for a giant 3d world. Something more along the lines of Zelda. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I think a 2D side scroller should be left for GBA. One giant 3D world is pretty hard to pull off on N64. DK64 was as big as cart size go so it had a few slow downs. Only a few n64 games reached DK64's size, Banjo Tooie and Majora's Mask are the only ones I can think of. But going from area to area would have worked. In DKC you just walked into a cave and exit out the other side, which could work well for DKGCN, except that would take a long to time to back track, unless they include something like Funky's Flight. |
