I think this forum needs a new MOD.

There isn't really a need for a second mod right now, with the low traffic and all. I don't really mind a second mod though.

Forum not active enough. And DK's Tie aka Strong Kong is doing a great job of being a Mod, so you're out of luck. Also, you have to be registered 2 months and you just can't become a Mod whenever you want.
