Mario Kart 2004 Championship

In celebration of the new Double Dash Kart game, I think it would be nice if there was a Mario Kart / Diddy Kong Racing Championship. It could be held in different cities across the US, and there would be a grand prize of $10,000 (or other amount). Now that sounds like fun, and give me a reason to 'practice' my Kart skillz!!! Whatd'ya think? should we start a petition?!?

That doesn't sound too bad, Diddy Kong Racing was really fun, but more of a single player game, Mario Kart however was more of a multiplayer game, they go together well. It would make up for the lack of Diddy Kong Pilot, plus it would increase the gameplay by adding an air and water racing element to the game. Though I don't know about the petition thing. Especially online ones, they barely work if ever.

DK Racing is prolly one of my fav DK games... I'd love to see more. I'd never be any good at a competition since I get too nervous. Plus the downside that I live in the future.

Rare might make a sequel with Diddy Kong Pilot. Diddy Kong Racing ended with a "To Be Continue", and we never got part 2.

It was supposedly going to be Donkey Kong Racing, where you raise and race on Animal buddies, but that was cancelled when Rare left Nintendo, and rumored to be redone to Sabreman Racing.

The other game Diddy Kong Pilot is a air racing game for GBA. This game however has a chance of making it to GBA. Even though the Ken Lobb (former Nintendo executive) said it was cancelled, a Rare employee said it was finished and waiting to be publish.
