Stoopid Nintendo, it's PSI in the US, but PK...and most of those attacks Ness doesn't even use in the game!

The only one with "PSI" in it is PSI Magnet.
And giving all those attacks to Ness was easier than including all four Earthbound characters.
Besides, lots of characters moves are completely made-up, most notably C.Falcon & Ganondorf.

Actually in EarthBound its PSI Thunder, PSI Flash, etc. but it's PK in Japan. And they could've replaced the not-Ness attacks with attacks that Ness actually uses in the game, like PSI Rockin'...to replace Flash, put Flash in the place of Fire, No...Hypnosis, maybe...eh.

I said "eh" because I was tired of typing. What could work:

B^: PSI Paralisis Omega (working sort of like Jigglypuff's sing. Of course, Ness would now need to have multi-jumps, but as he is psychic, why not?)
B>: PSI Rockin' Beta (or maybe Omega)
B: PSI Flash (Alpha, Beta, or Omega, depending on how long you charge it)
B\/: PSI Shield Beta (Or, if you prefer, PSI Hypnosis Alpha or Omega to work somewhat like Mewtwo's Down B).

In EarthBound, Ness' can actually learn these attacks as he levels up.
