Not true, Knight. Most matches are still played out using SSBM. The ones with custom characters are either made up, or done with a substitute (IE mario for Wario). In some cases, writers dont have either game, in which case, they also make up a match.

Sewiously, though, thinking about this now, I dun' see why it would be a problem to announce a new match here and there on this forum.

Right now, it looks like if SSS does want to come to VGF, I'll probably make a new Forum for them. It would probably be cleaner that way.-jay

Good idea.

Personally, watching COM players on SSBM play against each other and recording their actions on wordpad is retardiculous. I prefer the good ole days of SSS when they had Mickey Mouse go up against Megaman and Mario and try to kick their asses. A SSS forum would be a GREAT place for us members to write up Deathmatches and the like.

How do you think those old matches were done? The good old days used that form more than the new ones (Reids comic match being the best example...Mentos.).

The fan matches are mostly on the site now. We used to do that stuff all the time--even weird ones; I think I had Megatron fighting himself once. Most of our fan-made MB stories are strange RP's now. I made this thing called "Nonsense Story" (The original name was much longer and had to be shortened) that we've had a lot of fun with, but it got out of hands, so I will probably bring it over here to finish with you guy's help. Assuming you understand it.

Hehehe...don't worry about that, Eric. I'm sure the OGers are still more than up to the task of comprehending our stories. XD

Hmm... two more votes against. Do I feign to think that they were actually VGFers?

Here's a better idea. Create a poll without using the poll system. Have the members vote by posting their vote. At least we'll know that it was truly VGFers and not SSSers.

We still do that.

There was a short period of time when a certain ex-President of SSS had the retard idea of killing off all of our non-SSBM fighters but we've been getting more of them lately and (hopefully) these ones won't be killed off.
