Yurius(from Fire Emblem 4; Seisen no Keifu)

B: Flux- like Zelda's Side B but can be charged, bypasses defense
Smash B: Meteor- Drops a giant meteor from space, where the meteor will hit is kinda like the Star item
Up B:Warp seal-Warps a long distance and anyone near the warp will be dazed
Down B:Nosferatu-Fenrir spell:Causes damage onto nearby opponents and heals Yurius, can be charged to increase damage and range around him.

Super B:Summoning ritual of the Dragon God Roputous- Transforms into his alter ego Roputous to go outside the field like the flying pokemon Ho-oh to inflict darkfire damage on all enemies in it's several towering flames range.
Super Side B: Masamune- Yurius brings out the Masamune(even though it's owned by Sephiroth) and hyperslashes every single opponent on the field 50 times beserk-superfast and has an awesomely powerful finisher.
Super Down B:Hell- may do a random amount of damage to a nearby opponent ranging from 75-999 damage but won't knock them away
Super Up B:Chosen Fate- May Knock out the opponent but might stun Yurius and drop bomb-ombs if it fails
