Peach offering tea to Fox was pretty cool, as was Snake entering the cockpit of the Halberd right before the cut to Mr. Game and Watches flying out the window.

When Samus saved pikachu and when Luigi meets Dedede also all this stuff would have been much beter with voice acting .

Not actually mentioned in the game, but I think it almost makes up for all the evil he did when I found out that Wario wasn't working for the Subspace Army, he was just doing it because he thought it'd be fun.
