Which control scheme do you use? - VGF

I was really, I mean, REALLY good at Melee. That was for the Game Cube and so, I can't play this game, literally can't play it, without the Game Cube controller. I'm not so good at this game, but I can hold my own using Pit.

Who can actually play well with the remote alone? It seems impossible.

I use the CC. GCN controller feels clunky now for me.

Wii remote and nunchuck. Doesn't feel right using the GameCube controller now.

You can use any controller for any system using some adaptor?! Is it possible to use a 64 controller? I think it was a very good controller...

GC not only am I used to it, but it makes it easier to use smash attacks.

^^No, just the Rev specifically has ports for GCN controllers (mainly to support the backwards-compatibility).

I've been using a Wavebird, but the nunchuk became managable after a few adjustments to the controls, namely the mapping of jumping to "down" on the D-pad. Otherwise, jumping and attacking are too far apart and things move too slow for my liking.

I actually used a N64 controller to play Melee once. I should use it in Brawl...
