I just had a brilliant match, I really abused Falco's aerial down + A. Whenever you knock someone on the track with it, it's an instant KO. I got knocked out when Peach still had one stock left, and Marth 2. I thought I had easily beaten my own score, and probably even L007's, but it turned out it was another 28. That was really dissapointing, but I'm going to try some more today.

Now for something completely different: I think it would be a good idea to post your highest score so far in bold, so that others can easily see which scores they have to beat, without having to read through all the posts.

Ugh... I don't think I'm going to get top 3 for this one. I don't even see how I got 24 that one time. Yoshi is virtually useless on this one, since his only powerful attack is the Yoshi Bomb, which the CPU players dodge almost universally. All too often, I find myself coming in for a smash attack on a high-damage player, get harassed by some other players, get knocked away, and watch the high-damage player either get KO'd, or simply walk off the edge and self-destruct. Then it's just rinse and repeat.

EDIT: Spoke too soon. [img]tongue.gif[/img] Using a different method for KOing peoples, I got a 29.

I'm going to play this one perhaps 2 more times before I post the next challenge at midnight. If I don't do well, then I'm just taking 3rd. This match isn't the kind I like to play over and over.

The next match not only isn't particularly difficult, it's pretty fun. The difficult part will come in getting a score to trump all others.

The NEXT match, however...

I'm going to begin keeping track of everyone's scores by posting a list of them as we go along, since it's annoying to read over all the previous pages to check them. If anyone wants to help by posting an update if a lot of posts have been made since the last tally and I haven't been around to do it yet, I'd appreciate it.

And I end every match at midnight on the 3rd day. That's how I prefer to do it.

Something I am unable to comprehend: barely charge a forward smash and KO G&W at 68%. Hit him with an aerial down-A dead on, however, at 94% and he easily survives, merely briefly flying into the air.

..and the one that leaves him at 85% actually makes the KO. Strange strange strange.

..I win, and with what?! Twenty-****ing-seven. Damnit.

*hangs head* It really kills me to do this, by which I mean accept 3rd place. But I can't bear to sit through one more bloody match, so...

Anyways, the absence of Knux and ML for this one (get off the goddamn WoW little dude!) means this match only saw 6 players. But, that certainly didn't mean there was a lack of a struggle! *grumble* Since there were also two ties, this makes my ranking and scoring job easier than ever:

007 flogged his way through this crucible and into first place with 30 KOs. Koga and I WOULD HAVE enjoyed two points apiece, but Yoshimaster had to go ruin it and steal second for himself with 29 KOs. [img]tongue.gif[/img] And thus, here we lurk in the realm of single point distribution, swiftly plotting his murder so that it can never happen again.

I'm glad there's so much challenge to stay ahead, now. Keep it up, everyone! And of course, the current rankings, and while I know I say they got shook up every time, this time they actually did, as we have a number of place shiftings-

Clash of the titans or clash of the pussies? Very simply set up, but will the battle go in your favor, or not? Either way, you'll need to take advantage of the Shrooom! and stomp all over your hopefully tinier opponents. You have to be pretty dumb to self-destruct on this level, but it's there to keep you from ledge diving should you become tiny. Post your overall score when you're through.. let's see double-digits!

Yeah, that was why I suggested to put your highest score so far in bold. If you beat it you ust edit your previous post.

My first try yields +11, but I can probably do much better than that. I had two SDs, one explosive capsule, and one very stupid side + B off the stage at the very end.

+12(21 KOs, 9 Falls, 0 SDs). No SDs this time, but also less KOs.

I finally got the +13 that I should've gotten earlier (23 KOs, 8 Falls, 1 SD). This match is mostly based on luck, though and I got lucky this time. I got quite some mushrooms and not too many poison ones. I also had one explosive capsule (which caused my only SD).

I'm going to wait till other people have scored to see what score I need to break.

Much of the outcome comes in with timing of where the CPUs are at when I use Falcon Punch. Man oh man, though, this is fun.
