Which is the best character to use? I've used Dr.Mario, but It still doesn't go far enough.

GRAB THE BAT WITH YOSHI,and use the (aerial) down+a attack. then when youre down to 1 second use the homerun smash attack. You have to build up the hit% of Sandbag.

I once tried to pick up Sandbag with DK, and carried him as far as I could across the field.

I didn't get very far.

By the way, Capt. Falcon can't swing a damn bat to save his life.

Capt. Falcon does have the advantage of ~110% damage if you use the bat. Smash-stab Sandbag with the bat, but don't hold on. ~30% damage each time. Then when time runs out, just knock it up a bit and Falcon Punch as it's coming down.

My best record is with Peach. 380 metres. Her Up+A smash is good for repeated damage as it hits straight up.

Still can't get that damn 450 metre trophy though.

My record's, like, 1180 meters with Fox. Just used his Repeated kick move, and slammed it with the bat.

Yeah, I don't think 1100 meters is even possible, at least not without that cheat-glitch thing in that one video.

Farthest I ever got it was in the vicinity of 1850 feet with Yoshi using the Infinity Kicks and such. Supposedly with that method you can get between 2100-2400 feet.

Hmm...a 450 meter trophy? So in the neighborhood of 1476-1477 feet? Strange, I don't recall ever getting anything for beating that mark.

effing ridiculous. i have 1100 meters with ganondorf, c falcon and yoshi, and i'm not even good. the world records for every character are above 3000 ft. with most above 4000 and a good number of them above 5000. ganon and ice climbers are 11,347.2 ft. which is the limit. there's no cheat, no glitch (except with the ice climbers). and btw, yoshi's world record hrc score isn't the highest: there are six characters who can go higher (peach, cfalcon, ganon, ice climbers, mr. g&w, roy).

Clearly you are good if you have 1100 meters (which is over 3300 feet, so you must be approaching world-record territory).

you misunderstand.....the LOWEST world record is above 3000 feet. the world record for ganon is 11347.2. the world record for captain falcon is 6274.1. the world record for yoshi is 5501.8.

my ganon record is ~9100 ft, my cf is ~4200, and my yoshi is ~3900. so as you can see, i'm not even close with any of these characters.

Peach: 1032.5
Yoshi: 1548.6
Cap. Falcon: 1169.3
Ganondorf: 1098.7 (I forgot how I did this, and can't pass 800' with him anymore.....)
Fox: 1087.9
Roy: 1224.7

My worst top range is DK with 750.6 feet.

I actually got the sandbag about 65 feet further with Pichu than I did with Pikachu, which is interesting. The one I'm most proud of is the one with Roy (which I also forget how I pulled it off, so don't ask.)
