Bio: Diego Brangwin was born a cold blooded killer. All of his life he's had a twisted view on life, getting a sick twisted pleasure out of torturing other living things. His mother passed away at a young age, and at the age of 17 he ended his father's life by his own hand...But he always thirsted for more. Unfortunately, he discovered magic, and immediately took a liking to the destructive power. Now that he's an apprentice magician, his greed his driving him to learn the most powerful, even forbidden spells. Chaos is fun, isn't it?

Appearance: Stands around six feet, with long, unruly blonde hair. Beautiful cyan eyes. He wears a mustard colored jacket that matches his pants over a black sleeveless shirt.

Abilities:

Arcana XXI - The World: Level 3. Costs 30MP. Gives all players a status called "The World". For 20MP, you may attempt to skip the turn of a player effected by it. The success is a percent based off of your Intelligence - your opponent's Spirit + 15. After 3 full turns / 3 turns skipped the effects wear off. [Activate The World for 10MP; then pay 20MP to skip a turn, up to 3 times before you need to recast it.]
Arcana XII - The Hanged Man: Level 2. Costs 10MP per set of knives; up to 2 sets can be formed. Each set of knives hits twice for (Intelligence + 40 - opponents Spirit)/4 damage and has 60% base accuracy to hit with each attack.
Arcana VI - The Lovers: Level 1. Costs 20MP. Strikes at opponent and steals some of their life; damage is based off of both Strength and Intelligence stats (+10); and is resisted by both Defense and Spirit together. Half of the damage dealt restores Diego's HP.

Wooden Wand - Int +10. Acc:60
Simple Robes - Resistance +30.
Buckler - ... Can block no less than 4 attacks; but has only a 25% chance of blocking.

Wooden Wand - 100gp. Boosts intelligence by 10. Base Accuracy: 60%.
Simple Robes - 200gp. Increases magical defense by 30.
Buckler - 50gp. A small shield with a decent chance to block attacks.
Lt. Potion - 30gp. Restores 50HP.
Lt. Ether - 30gp. Restores 50 MP.

Remaining Funds: 90gp

Hard Arena Battle for AP.

Actually, wait. Before I act, I get one turn, right? Well, does casting The World take up a turn? Does attempting to waste my opponent's turn take up a turn? 'Cause if so, that'd be a moot point.

Just wanna clarify before I waste dozens of MP.

Yes, everything heals after normal battles like this. As for the second if you mean heal beyond what your max HP is then no... although I suppose I'd allow it as an ability or something.

Yeah, you get 1 turn and can do any ability. Casting The World uses up your turn and lets you try to skip someones turn 3 times. Blocking their turn however doesn't use up a turn, if you're going to try it then just say you want to skip their turn, and if it works it will be your turn again. Just as a warning; it probably won't work that well on the guy you're fighting.

So essentially, casting The World is an action, but using it's ability is a Free Action.
