Ok, let's break this down to perspective. If link were to go up against Mario's enemies, his sword would slice them in half so fast that their heads would spin. And in hyrule, Mario would die every five minutes. I also highly doubt Ganondorf would go down if he got jumped on by a fat little plumber.
