Look upon the face of my creation and be amazed. ![]() Yes, that is a scrolling background that I will definately improve before the final version. See the hand-made greatness that is mine. ![]() Yes, the oil enemies are animated and are partially transparent. A world of promise can be seen in one window. ![]() Yes, that tire can be rolled backward using the right move. Yep. I rule above all. Okay, this is the Flash game I've been making. I'm making it in Flash because I love JavaScript, which Flash's ActionScript is based on, and I don't have any good C++ libraries and I don't like the way C++ handles things other than its basic functions. It's in really early development stages, and I won't release a demo until I get a little bit more work on the engine done and I complete level 1 at least. I plan on having a level system where you don't have to complete levels in order, but instead through an overworld. That's why the first screenshot is confusing; I'm going to put warps to each level later on in the game. Isn't it freakin' awesome? And to think, it's all based on that little whelp Stanley and his crappy game. |
