Damnit, I used to til I reformatted my PC, I never could successfully complete any GTA downloads after that, and I'm not willing to spend one DIME on anything until I pay back my dad, buy a Gamecube, get a job, pay for insurance on my car, and get the title to it. Any tips on the DL?

I've never downloaded a GTA game, though I did get my friend to burn a copy of GTA2 for me. I suggest that.
