In Stauntan I've got an Enforcer.
In Shorside Ive got nothing.

In Staunton I've got a Bulletproof Cheetah, Bulletproof Patriot and an Infernus (yes, that IS three cars)
In Shoreside I've got a TOYZ Van and an Infernus

Since I started my game over, I don't have anything in Portland, but I'v got the Mr. Woopie van in Staunton. A bit of advice; never try to put that in the Portland garage...

I hadan FBI car at one point (I managed to get it in a really funny way), but I got bored of it... I kinda wish I had of stored it in one of my other garages though. I've got lots of room.

Just take it to the Emergency Vehicle Crane and you can get infinite of them.

Wow... I thought you'd all know about this...

Well, behind the Import/Export Garage in Portland is a yellow striped area. Bring a Barracks, FBI Car, Police Car, Ambulance, Firetruck, Enforcer and Tank here, the crane will lift them up, and it'll act like the I/E Garages. When you like, go to that striped area and take one of the Pick-Ups.

I'm the only person who doesn't like the tank I think. The thing just sucks the fun out of going on a rampage. Now get a 6 Star Rampage going in a freaken Banshee! That's fun!

Anyway my garages are as follows:

Portland: Cheetah
Staunton Island: FBI Car, Police Car, Banshee
SSV: Stinger, Yakuza, Infernus

The Enforcer is like a patty wagon that you see on old movies. It's kinda like a police bus. You can find one in the back of the police station in Staunton.

The only way you can get an FBI car is to get 3 or 4 stars. I used to have one in my garage but it has poor handling so I just got rid of it.

Well the FBI car is bad. The tank make rampages too easy. I dislike anything that doesn't move very fast. Barracks OL...too bad it doesn't fit in my garrages. Good thing it can be gotten in Portland at the Crane.

To get my FBI car I took a Barracks OL, drove down a tight alley in Stauntan (but wide enough to get in/out of the car, parked, and waited for the FBI guys to pull in behind me. They got out of their car, and immediately I backed up -- killing all four of them but leaving the FBI car intact. I then got out of my truck, jumped in the FBI care and used the no wanted level cheat (cheap, I know). Easy.

I was in portland. I got 5 stars...got an FBI car to come at me...killed all 4, then picked up a bribe and had a somewhat easier time to get the damn car back to the garage.

a) Yes.
b) Enforcer is the truck that comes when you hit 4 stars.
c)Hit 5 stars, kill the FBI guys, snatch their car.
