When I was stealing a Blue Mini Van "Blista" and i throw the women out into the lane and a Red Jacks gang member drove by in his beaten up Rumpo and runs her over and kills her.

Being the good simariton, I chased a stolen vehicle all the way across Stauntan Island. Of course I couldn't return the car to it's rightful owner, but I did manage to kill the thief, destroy the car, and mangle all nearby witnesses.
