On this mission I always come across a problem ok first you drive out to this huge mansion in Shoreside Vale and you enter through the gate and these mexican cartel guys search you then Catfish the women takes your 500,000 dollars and escapes in a helicopter.
Afetr that she says to her henchmen to kill you. I then run and get in the cartels truck and drive up to the gate and wait for it to open then u have to follow her. Afetr I find her hovering in the air I don't know what to do..... what do I do?

Head to the Dam. She went there. But if you can stock up on the weapons at your hideout. Then take the fast car I will assume you have in your SSv hideout garage and drive to the damn fully loaded and ready for battle.

That or...go to the dam and look in the bushes.

So should I just use the Rocket Laucher? To shoot the plane down is that all I need?

You'll also need a degree of firepower for defeating the goon sqaud at the dam. And rescuing Maria of course.

Now where should I go to acquire all these weapons b/c I don't think ammunation sells R/L.

How about that army place in Staunton? The one where the one armed guy was.

Or do like I did and find all 100 packages. =)

can't this mission is in Shoreside Vale. 2 I only have 60 packages too.

So? It's not as if all your weapons disappear when you go to another island. Anyway, there's a Rocket Launcher near the helipad on the dam. You don't need to buy one.

Yeah............ but its impossible to get past like the 50 cartel members @ it.

I think a sniper rifle was stashed in the bushes pulling into the main part of the dam. Just run the Cartel down til' then. Then pop some heads. Dodge the van, climb to a high spot, quickly kill the dudes around Maria. Get the Rocket Launcher then blast Catalina from the skies.

Yup that was it I thouhgt the sniper rifle was a shotgun so I never picked it up/ But I BEAT IT! The ending wasn't all that great though.

I just did something new for this mission. I got my Stinger stashed in the grass right next to the gate house and it was still there. All I had was the gun I got from the Cartel guy I killed. Anyway I used my Stinger and instead of going to the dam via the main entrance I opted for another way. I drove to the base of the Dam and then drove up the dam. I landed the car on the building and proceded to kill the 2 guards and run over to the rocket launcher. Killed Catalina and finish the game. It was cool
