Glitches

What are sme funny and/annoying glitches you've found in Vice City?

Just today I did a barrel roll off of the jump near the Malibu. About halfway through I decided I wanted to bail out, so I hit triangle. But instead of me falling to the ground and the car kareeming forward, the car froze in mid air and I was standing on top of it! Unfortunately when I jump down to get a better look I fell into the water.

Also a couple months ago I seen a Rumpo driving around about 7 or 8 feet off of the ground. You could run underneath it and everything.Anywho, I shot out the tires and it fell down.

weird...have you found a way to repeat these glitches?

I tried a few times to get the car to freeze in mid-air again, but no luck. As for the other thing, I've heard other people who've had flying cars too.

I managed to freeze my car in mid-air again. The trick is to bail just after you hit the jump, but also you have to make sure it's not cinematic (meaning, hit the jump on an angle).

Nice. I once saw a flying taxi. That was freaky. Also I walked into the police station where you get the police costume, I walked into the locker room, and suddenly I was walking on water.

hey, what happens if you fire at while its stuck up there? Does it just explode and fall down or stay up?

I stood underneath it and shot out the tire... that was a bad idea.

I recreated it again. I have a suspicion that you need the drive on water cheat activated for it to work.

anyways, the only glitch I know of [unless its not one] is where I'm running around the steps at my mansion or the steps at the hospital and i loose health for some reason. Maybe it's just the character tripping a little or something, but I dunno for sure....

I just found a new glitch today. I'm driving at top speed on my motorbike, and then all of a sudden I see this big thing sticking up in the middle of the road. I dodge it, then I turn around and look at it. It's a car is in a vertical position. Half of it is in the road, the other half is out of it. A woman is in the car. I pull her out, get in, and try to get the car out of the road. Eventually the car falls inside the road, and Tommy starts falling and falling and falling. In about 10 seconds he falls... on that very same street. Right next to the car that's still halfway inside the road.

Oh, and another glitch I found is that sometimes your feet get stuck inside the ground and it's harder to move. You have to jump several times until you get his feet out of it.

In a chain explosion of cars, one of the cars fell into the road...into blue hell. I went right to the spot where it sank in....and moments later I got killed by the car. It freaken fell onto me.

Blue hell/the underworld is awesome. If you go into the Havana clothing place and jump over the ivisible barrier you'll fall through, and then drop increibly far to the road outside. Crazy stuff.

I had a really glitchy game this one time. It's like there was a problem loading up the world. Everywhere I went cars feel into blue hell...boats would fall from the sky. Crazy. Especially when you have to turn the game off as I fell threw a continuous blue hell.

Glitches can be fun, though it would have been nice of Rockstar to get rid of some of them (Havana Streetwear Glitch in particular -- I really like those clothes).

Glitches can be cool, but annoying at the same time. I was at my friends house a long time ago playing THPS 1 for dreamcast and my character got stuck mid-air. I was stuck there forever so we had to shut it off then turn it back on. Certain glitches can be really cool or really annoying, sometimes both. One thing I hate about glitches is that if you do find a really cool one its really hard to do it again, but its soo easy to do the annoying ones.

Can you go into more detail please, for some reason I can't do this trick. I hit the jump at an angle and bail right away.

Enter the drive on water cheat, hit the ramp at an angle so it doesn't go into cinematics, and then bail right away. It might take a few tries. I've only done it with sports cars, but it could probably work with all of them.

Try to kind of roll the car going off the jump too.

Do you know what the car on water cheat is?
