Could someone please explain to me what each cheat does especially precision mode and performance mode (xbox 360)
and is their a god mode?

Hey, have you heard? There's this site, GameFAQs, where you can look up information about Guitar Hero. But, get this, you can look up stuff for every game imaginable! If that blew your mind, there's this site, Google, where you can look up information about anything! Wow! Tell all your friends.

So, short answer, yes, and yes. I find the idea of cheating at Guitar Hero defeating the purpose, though.

^Did you even look at GameFAQs like he told you too? There's absolutely no reason for you to go and swear at people for trying to help you. If you're really too freaking lazy to look it up yourself, there is a no fail cheat and a cheat that makes the notes easier to hit, but neither are available in career mode.
