i just got GH3 for ps2

hey. i bought the game yesterday and im having troubles with the guitar controller.
the green button isnt working and really i cant choose anything in the menu only if i connected the ps2 controllers

im really having a hard time with it ! can someone tell me what to do? anyadvise?

Well, not having any guitar controllers or the PS2 version of the game, I can only suggest reading through the manual for troubleshooting info. If all else fails, I'd recommend taking it back to the retailer and ~~beating up a clerk or two~~ explaining the situation politely--most places are good enough about replacing defective crap.

Well, try hitting reset or re-plugging the controller in. If you were holding down the button when you plugged in the controller or turned on the console, I imagine it wouldn't work, so make sure you aren't doing that. If it's still a problem, yeah, just take it to the store.
