GH3 360 Bass vs Guitar

Just started playing GH3, gotta say I love it. One question though. I've been playing through the playing the guitar part and want to switch over to play the bass line. Anyone know how to do this. I've tried several things like starting a new band, but I haven't been able to figure out how to switch over. TIA.

I don't believe you can in single player.
You could try co-op career if you had someone to play with, but I honestly can't say if that would work or not either.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Also, welcome!

It's only possible to play as another instrument in Career mode on Rock Band.

^Or, as previously stated, in co-op modes of GH 2, 3, 80s, & Aerosmith. Or also in the career mode of GH World Tour.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

There's no such thing as having a career as a bass player.

Not in solo career mode of GH3, no. But in the co-op modes I listed, in solo career mode of World Tour, & in reality, yes.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Thanks peeps. I thought I had seen somewhere that you could play as the bassist but it turns out it is only in the practice mode . |_|
