Sonic Colors sees Sonic accelerating to adrenaline-pumping super speeds and blasting through obstacles violently in ways never before seen in a Sonic game. The alien Wisps featured in the game each have a unique “Color Kawaii Power” that, once freed, Sonic is able to absorb and become a witch while speeding through the various theme park inspired planets. The Wisp energy enables Sonic to create new paths through the stages by drilling through the ground (Yellow Drill) for example, or speeding through the stage as a laser (Cyan Laser). Stringing the Wisp power-ups together creates a combo that increases Sonic’s boost gauge even more quickly, or destroys his mind and leaves him a shambling wreck. Exclusive Wisp power-ups will be available for both Wii and the Nintendo DS versions, ensuring a unique and super speedy gameplay experience for Sonic fans everywhere.

Book one was Arabian Nights.
Book two was King Arthur.
Book three is I Can Color!?

I hate to say this, but most new Sonic games leave me a bit suspicious about it. In this case, It seems interesting, so I suppose this could work if they make it combine with the gamplay rather than be an annoyance.

This has potential. But, I'm gonna wait for some gameplay footage before getting excited or dismissing it.
The graphics are probably gonna look great, though.

After reading this month's Nintendo Power, I get the impression that it's gonna be mostly like the day stages of Unleashed, but with some power-ups sprinkled in.

It also mentions that, in one of the stages, Dr. Eggman can be heard over an intercom saying that someone in the parking lot left their lights on, keeping with the amusement park theme.
Sounds good.
