Insomnia caused by Gaming?

Well I don't know of any study or anything but I personally don't get sleepy just tired if I'm playing a game.
Yeah the Television Stimulates your eyes and all but when I turn it off I don't fall immediately to sleep.
Its like when I first get a game and I play it until I have to go to sleep in order to wake up the next morning but when I try to sleep all I can do is lay there and just think.
Like now…

Meh, sometimes I lay around to up to midnight, while others I just about immediatlly fall asleep.

I usually watch Family Guy, then Futurama/Tough Crowd, ATHF, do something random for an 1hr and a half, then watch an old 106 and Park, episodes, at 1

I haven't been able to sleep at ALL for the past few days. Part of it is Adult Swim(up to Case Closed). From there it's music, VGF, and other crap. O_o

Tales of Symphonia has been doing a number on me all week. Today, however, sitting with my girlfriend in the middle of my 'night' waiting for a tow truck was what really won it.
