I feel for you. I remember my grandmother's cancer. I hope he lives. I'll be praying.

My grandpa had cancer also... it was scary. I'm sure it'll be okay though. Stay happy and hope for the best.

Thumbs down

Both my grandfathers died from cancer before I was born, but I've had uncles die from cancer, too.

That really sucks.

...I know how you feel...

I recently lost my grandmother....to cancer.... The pain may feel strong right now...because it's affecting the one you love...

It's especally hard when you lost your other grandparents to cancer twice...

Cancer is not pretty. 4 years ago I lost my father because of lung cancer.

We can only hope he pulls through.

I heard somewhere that they did a test where they had two groups of ill people. One group had people pray for them and the other group didn't. The group that was being prayed for had a better recovery rate. If we all pray for Douglas's grandfather, mabye he'll pull through.

My own grandfather(from my fathers side) had cancer too a year ago or so. Thankfully, he has recovered and is better now.

Hmm. So, if you're a loner who has no friends or family, you're pretty much screwed? I'm atheist, but if I believed in God, I wouldn't think he'd work that way...

My dad actually had cancer not too long ago. It was successfully treated though. Still a scary thought, thinking I could have lost my dad.
