HI...this is my first post/topic. I have an eating problem where i eat too much....it's not even because I'm hungry...it's just because I feel the need to eat because I'm bored, and when I do I feel as if I eat too much. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that could help my eating habits.

Eating because of boredom is a common problem. You need to find something that will replace the eating. Exercise is a good choice, as it's effective and healthy.

Get creative, to keep your mind off food. Draw, paint, sing, dance(also a great way to lose weight) and exercise.
Just keep active and don't let yourself get bored.

I know what you mean. A lot of times, I'll just be bored, so I'll eat something. It's a very bad habit that I'm trying to break.
