| Guest Posts: n/a | After playing a single game all day long, I won't be able to sleep because I'm still playing in my mind. This only happens when I play for extremely long periods of time. | Guest Posts: n/a | My butt gets sore if I sit down to play them for more than 2 hours at once. That's about it. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I used to pull frequent all-nighters playing Ultima Online in college. That wasn't good for me (or my grades) the next day for sure. |

Although on Business class in Singapore airlines they have NESes that you can play. I got a really bad headache that time from playing Mario too much, but I think that's about it. And the same thing that happened to Rayman Freak happened to me a long time ago, although only once as far as I can recall. That was with Age of Empires. And believe me, you don't want AoE stuck in your head when you're trying to sleep. Bad. Baaaaaaaaad. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Quote of the week: "Time is never wasted when you're wasted all the time." - Catherine Zandonella. | Guest Posts: n/a | ^I once played a massive game with my friend over MSN late at night. Honestly, I just kept replaying the game in my head over and over and over and over..... |

| Guest Posts: n/a | Nope. I always limit my playing time (3 straight is completely reasonable)and while playing DDR, I'm already in great physical shape and I drink plenty of water so it's no big deal. |

I usually take water with me when I go to play games, just because I drink water all the time, so it's not that big of a deal. If I get hungry, I go grab a pop-tart or something. However, if I'm up all night playing something *coughhalflifecough*, I get it stuck in my head as well... not good for sleep. |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I've never had very long periods of playing. I might have, with like AoE or something of the sort. But I've never really been affected negatively anyway. --------------------------------- ~Gamer Chris ![]() GC's Funny Quotes "Maybe there is no actual place called hell.
