What do you think your schools starting time?

Is it too early? Because recently at my school we argued that our health was suffering because of the 6:50 a.m. start time and it was changed all the way to 8:00!

Anyone else having problems with sleep like this? (YOU DO NEED SLEEP, NO MATTER HOW MUCH COFFEE YOU DRINK SD)

The starting time is......ok. (8:50) But it's the time that I wake up, (7:30) too damn early for me!

Well, in my old school I had to wake up at 6:00am, so I suppose this is slightly better. But then again, back then I was in 5th and 6th grade, and I didn't get tired like I do now.

Mine starts at 7:50 but I have to wake up at 6. My sister's starts at 6:50 and she has to wake up at 5. How come no one at her school even minds having to get up before the average adult?

My school starts at 7:25. I wake up at 6:20, eat, we leave at 6:50, park and walk to the school getting there about 7:05, then I talk for 20 minutes or so.

I wake up at 6:00.School starts at 8:00

Naptime wuld be so cool! Though I usually catch extra zzz's at lunch.

First Period starts at 8:16.

Every one always thought that my school should have later starting times.

I'm surprised at the number of schools that start after 8:00.

Mine starts at 8:30 central time. I usually wake up at 6:30 central time, but at times I wake up at 7:15 central time. I live in the country, and I'm one of the first people on the bus. The bus goes around and picks up people in the country, which takes about 40 minutes, then drops most of them off the middle school (the elementary kids get picked up later). Then my bus picks up some high school students, and takes about 30 minutes to reach the high school.

First bell rings at 8:20 EST. I usually have to get up at 7:30am. Not too bad I suppose.

I get up at 5am every morning... give or take ten minutes! And to answer the topic... school times are fine over here, I guess.

My bus comes at 7:37 and I have to get up at 7:15. (I shower the night before) I never eat breakfast, either. School starts at 8:04..I don't understand how some high schoolers here like MF start later than a middle schooler O_O
