Go to sleep around 1 or 2. Get up at 12 p.m. [ February 12, 2004, 11:49 AM: Message edited by: The Illage Vidiot ] |

| Guest Posts: n/a | I'd suggest going to bed around 9 o'clock or so, and if you can't fall asleep or keep waking up, maybe go get drugs or something to help you sleep for a while until your body is used to that sleep schedule. |

Maybe that'll help you not wake up in the middle of the night. However if you do wake, do something boring.... such as read a dictionary for starters. There's no action or adventure to entice you into reading more and it should send you back to sleep with any luck. ![]() |
