Can We Get Rid of Toadyking Yet?

He's been gone for a very long time. We held a Mod Election a long time ago when he vanished, but then he turned up and 'Toch let him keep the position, only to have him leave again.

And he's buds with Da Metroid. I think that says enough.

Can we please get rid of him?
