That in itself is a spoiler. Tag it and mark it, or suffer by spreading your suffering.

"Whoa, more than three people die in the final book of a series? I was expecting... you know, ONE!"

^It was common knowledge that someone would die, not who or how or many or whatever.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Are you upset because there's an emotional attachment to those characters, or is that knowledge of their death(s) sort of taints the reading of the book (re: dramatic plot/character progression)?

Or is it that you wanted to spoil it first for everyone?

Edit: Sorry, I'm frustrated now. But still...

How is it a surprise that
Spoiler Below
SEVERAL people die
in the book? I mean, it's like...

Spoiler Below
MORE THAN ONE KEY CHARACTER DIES IN RETURN OF THE JEDI

^Return of the Jedi is over 20 years old. Deathly Hallows isn't even 20 weeks old.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
