Dylan's Doodles, or Double D's

I draw stuff. And now you all have to look at it.

This happens just about every day.

And who can forget that time I met a famous guy at the store?

It's weird, because I see that guy over here all the time, too.

Here's one I just drew. It's deep and introspective.

Your drawing style has a daily comic-strip feel to it. I like it.

I'm bumping my old thread because 1) I got bored, and 2) AI would be totally cool with it I assume.

The fiancee's new favorite cuss. I have no idea where she picked it up, but it's pretty hilarious.

Every time.

You mean the political cartoons? Not so much, actually. With high school sports under way, it's been difficult to find time for drawing. That, and my now-default excuse: wedding planning.

I really can't stand that damn show anymore.

For some reason, I felt like drawing ML as Green Lantern. I think I gave him too much beard, though.

Just some random junk. Me in flannel, a Fredbird and Sonic looking dapper stupid as ever.

ML can never have enough beard. Soon, when we recall his face it will be easiest to note the patches of it not yet covered with hair. Good colors on that one.

Family Guy has had its moments, but it doesn't have a lot of staying power like Futurama.

The old episodes were great, but the new ones suck something fierce. I've found myself playing Family Guy Bingo several times, it's just way too predictable anymore.

You say "a Fredbird" as though there's more than one?

And remember, "I'm-a Ozzie, number one!"

Being a Green Lantern would be just about the coolest thing ever. Maybe I could even live on the sun.

Yeah, I saved it a long time ago thinking it would never see the light of day. When I rooted through my files a couple days ago, I found it and thought the sketch of Sonic and me looked pretty cool anyway.

I noticed that, too.

There's always something old I've done floating around, but I don't want people to take my older stuff as representative of my current skill. Your stuff there is pretty cool, though.

I think you could use some work on your angry faces, btw, but that's partly inhibited by the style. Might need more variation. Of course, I pretty much only ever draw pissed off people.

Then again, that family guy pic has very effective expressions. The disconnected mouths are cool, too, although I'm a dumbass and have to stare for like a minute solid to verify that's what I'm seeing. ****'s all picasso like that.

So AI was gracious enough to give me Photoshop, and I was gracious enough to give him sweet sweet lovin' my graditude.

I haven't really done anything too outrageous yet, but I'm loving these whole non-jagged brushes like you'd find in Paint.

Maybe the name of a band I'll start, I don't know.
