I would imagine so. I believe the only guitar unable to work with the Guitar Hero games is the Fender Stratocaster for Rock Band (Or is that a Stratocaster?)

It's a black and white strat, for sure. Every time I pick it up, I wish I could play "Where the Streets Have No Name" on it.
