Open Challenge

Who wants to fight me? The rules are as follows:

3 on 3 match. You pick 3 of your best warriors and I'll pick mine.

Minor healing is OK. None of that "Growing back an arm after it's cut off" crap.

Transformations are OK.

BoW characters only. (Duh)

Posts must be 2-3 paragraphs long.

The battlefield is *Drumroll* Inquisitor's Arena!

I'll be using Raji, Balkin and Tako.

Rather than tossing in 3 of my best characters, I think I'll toss in 3 who are used to working togethor. Gunther, Slifer, and Anaje are ready to take this challenge.

(OoC: VGA, never use the "BoW Characters only" rule.

Why?

Because 1) It turns off any sort of veteran/senior member (such as myself) who wants to use non-bio characters.

2) Not very many people take the time to read bios. In your intro, you are mainly charged with describing your character to the fullest, not relying on a bio's "Appearance/Description" section.

3) One of us (not me this time) will come in and say "Lame. Lame."

Not saying it is an OMG FORBIDDEN RULZ, just saying it isn't wise to use it anymore around here. It's fine to have bios, its fine to read bios. But they are not a necessity. Oh, and I'm not saying it was against anything for you to use it in this battle. Just a piece of advice. -Galefore)

Further elaborating on why it's bad and turns some of us off away from the fight.

Bios are suffocating. Unless your extremely vague going about your bio, or veyr specificly descriptive, you can't have to much room to grow.

They also mean you can't whip out a random character just for the hell of it.

Link, Mario, Megaman, bomberman, donkey kong, Samus, Prince, Master chief, Kratos, Kirby, Lara croft, Robin hood, Kind Arthur, Gilgamesh, beowolf, etc. They are not normally in a bio, and are completely viable options. Spending the time to actually make an entry when you get the random whim to use one such well established warrior, would be rather annoying, and somewhat of a waste of time.
