Bio: The only child of a rich Team Rocket executive, Julien was cast out due to her mutation and was eventually taken in by the Wolf tribe of Telius. she later joined Speed and his group hopeing to seek out and eventually kill her father

Kiruga stepped into a graveyard, the blood of another man dripping from his hand.
He had recently murdered someone known as Eivel, the Anthro-Bat.
Easily, he had ripped his heart out and put his life to an end. H

With that she flip kicked HARD right into the monsters jaw.

Kiruga's neck went completely backwards, his head touching his back. It came right back up, head-butting the girl. Grabbing his pistol, he put it up to the enemy's head and shot.

Useing the Time freezeing Technique she learned from Speed, Julien simply moved away from the gun and un-froze time, The beast apeared extremely confused when it pulled the trigger and she wasn't there.

Julien: Does the name Eivil Reaper mean a damn thing to you?
