Alex (Alex) VS Obelisk (Erdawn)

Beast (Alex) VS Chiron (Galefore)

Jace (Jace) VS Mysterious Guy (SMG64)

Rikki (Rarus) VS X-3 (X-3)

OoC2: I seemed to notice no one ever finished off FX and bartman. I'm assuming they were killed in the earthquake.

The centaur dashed off after grazing Beast's armor. Beast fired at Chiron. He had remembered hunting centaurs with his friends many years back. However, the centaurs were never armed with lances. Beast smiled, thinking what a thrill this hunt would bring to him. He stopped firing and ran after Chiron.

Being a centaur, Chiron was obviously much faster than Beast. He could run circles around the slow but powerful minotaur. But Beast was trained for war. He was taught how to overcome faster adverasries. He knew that eventually his foe would try to attack. Beast carefully watched Chiron, looking for any changes in his movement. Beast stopped the pursuit. He decided he would let his prey come to him. Then, just as Beast had thought, Chiron began to circle him. The centaur was looking for the perfect moment to strike. He began to pick up speed. Finally, he broke out of the circle and dashed directly at Beast. The minotaur vaulted himself up with his axe and the centaur passed under him. Beast landed on Chiron as if he were his steed. However, being much heavier that Chiron, caused him to collapse. Out of Beast's cybernetic hand came a stunner. It came down on the centaur and sent electricity shooting throught his veins. Beast then began to choke Chiron with the handle of his axe.

The electricy had rendered him nearly motionless. He could barely get to his feet. Obelisk began to stand. Alex knew he had won. He prepared to finish him off. The energy vampire stood up. He glared at Alex. He was not ready to die. Alex knew this, but he didn't care. He had come too far to back down. If he let him live, then he only shows weakness. Weak was not something Alex was going to be. Alex readied himself. Obelisk was indeed a great warrior, but his power was not great enough. He tried to make one final attack. Obelisk lunged at Alex. The arachnid warrior stuck out his sword. The sword impaled the energy vampire. He stopped all movement. Alex withdrew the sword and swung at Obelisk's neck. Obelisk was dead. His severed head lay next to his corpse. All fighting on the plateau stopped. The corpse began to glow.

Alex: What the?

Alex dashed away from the corpse, and for good reason. The body of Obelisk exploded. The blast shook the plateau and threw a ton of dust into the air.

When the dust cleared, the body of Obelisk was nowhere to be found. In the distance, a quiet laugh was heard.
