| Gunjinkeeper | ...You know, maybe something interesting like this is just what I need to regain my morale. If this goes well, I'll be ready to prepare the next big shindig. Alright, I'll join. The battlefield is: Body Farm All around, a study of the effects of human decomposition is being held by local magicians. There are gallows with human bodies hanging from them and you can smell their bodies slowly diminishing. A dark presence is in this place, foreboding; recently dead corpses litter the ground, and the air is ashen gray from local magician's steam-powered machinery. It is lightly sprinkled with trees, and the ground is covered in dirt and bones, no grass in sight. Perhaps this dirt is all that remains of several fully decomposed subjects? This place is far more than a graveyard: this is human curiosity at its most morbid. I await a partner. |

What grade of participant are we looking for here, just so I don't bring a sword to a dogfight or a nuclear missile to a game of chess? |

Galefore is...well I can't really say. I tend not to judge those greater than me. Let's just say he's better than me and I'll let you put things together from there. I am okay, but I could be much better. Mostly in the brutallity area so I am told. *cough*Red Lions*cough* My brother (WTL) is smart, and uses that in his writing style. He's not the best overall writer, but he's getting better. Read the battle between me and him if you want an overall idea. |

Gender: Posts: 6,017 Thanks: 2 Thanked 28 Times in 19 Posts | The sound of iron crushing flesh rose in the air.The sound of an elite unit, perfectly trained and disciplined, steps in perfect rhythm unbothered by rough terrain. A moment passed and he came into view. A single man wearing enough armor to outfit a dozen, an ever shifting pole arm with enough metal to provide weaponry resting on the left shoulder plate. He trudged threw the corpse field as if an evening stroll. His armor, all five layers of it, little more cumbersome then loose cloth. He adjusted the positioning of his weapon as it shifted into a weapon reminiscent of a flail. It was natural to him, after decades of carrying it into battle he knew it's ebb and flow as surely as a sailor knew the rolling of the sea. Knight, for a knight he was, stopped. He had gotten to close. Those twisted souls within the tower were watching, waiting. So did the armored one. Heavy guarded helmet shifted slightly. Something, or rather someone was coming. If foe, so be it. If friend, he would welcome the aid to end the "research" taking place. |
