OoC: No big problem over the name, just didn't want it to happen in every single post. Yeah, I know that feeling all too well. That teacher was always scanning the room for a bright green screen [img]tongue.gif[/img] , but since the template changed, you get a little more time before he walks on over.

A dark warp appeared from nowhere in the lobby of the hotel. It grew to the size of a circular closet, then shrunk into a man, covered by darkness. Next to him another man layed, busted open in many parts and bleeding all over. He could be recognized by the trained eye as Devin. The man shrouded in darkness called out, "5,000 rupees to whoever can get some medical help around here!"

Labriel returned seeing she forgot an item then saw Shadowking. "What's wrong, I can help."

Alucard sensed Devin's weakened energy and rushed inside when he noticed Labriel was already working to heal him. Alucard went over and took over so Labriel was able to get what she needed from her room. Once she returned, Alucard turned a sad face her way.

"Labriel, as you can tell, he is really hurt. I will not be able to save him on my own. I really need your help with this or he will not survive." Alucard said.

For the first time in days she looked happy. She carried Shadowking to a nearby couch and touched his chest. "Don't move. This may hurt. Nice muscles by the way. " She said trying to make him smile. She closed her eyes and took hold of Alucards hand, a little of his strengh streaming through her. She chanted and a huge flash came out of Shadowkings chest, giving him a little pain. She took her hand of his chest, but didn't let go of Alucards hand. "You're a'ight now." She smiled side ways at Alucard, then started to walk away.

Zagros, seeing as his job was done and there was nothing else he could do, he walked away, down the road, not really sure if he would see any of those people again. He was a mercenary, he did not often stay in one place, "funny," he thought to himself, "I went to a hotel, but never got to sleep in a bed." an hour later, after dashing with his pegasus boots, he reached his home in Cyrania. Going into his house he layed down and slept.

She returned once more. Her heart pacing and her eyes fixed upon Alucard. He saw her from the corner of his eye. She moved towards him quickly. "Alucard? I can't leave without something important..." She leaned over and kissed him softly for on the lips for a while. And for the first time she felt happy kissing him. Unlike others. She then held him close to her and didn't let go. All she did was hold him close to her and smell his sweet cologn. "Don't let me loose you."

OoC: Labriel, the injured man is Devin, introduced earlier. Shadowking himself was "dead."

IC: The man shrouded in shadow waved his hand, and two piles of rupees appeared on Alucard's desk. A note was next to them, saying "One for Alucard. One for Labriel."

The man hoisted Devin up, and warped upstairs to Devin's room. Another note appeared on Alucard's desk that said "Thanks for help. Will explain later."

"How is Demonoid doing?
"Both of them are not going to last long, if the deul does not end soon, all that will left of this area is a giant crater."

Labriel stared up at 9-volt. "Everything happens for a reason... And if this stupid battle thing isn't over. His going to wish he were never born." She said this as a threat to demonoid.

When Labriel kissed Alucard, he had sudden flashbacks from when he killed off his father and a girl named Maria came home with him. Alucard then noticed that the battle was still raging outside. Alucard knew that if it dosen't end soon, Labriel would do something drastic. Alucard also knew that he should help her with whatever she plans to do.

Suddenly, a stray blast of energy from the battle flew strait through a window of the hotel, heading strait for Labriel, 9-Volt quickly blocked the blast with his wing.

"This battle has gone far enough!"

9-Volt's wing was wounded from the blast, but was still able to fly.

"I shall give them 30 miniutes to finish their little grudge match, if the duel is not done by then, I belive we will have to cut-in..."

Alucard decided to pass the time.
"I have a question, 9-Volt, you have told me yourself that 9-Volt is not your real name, so what does the name 9-Volt mean?"

"Well, Volt is my last name, and 9 refers to the Chinese ledgened of the 9 dragons..."

Labriel was puzzled at what he said.
"What are the nine dragons?"

"The Nine Dragons where the gaurdians of the Earth, each representing an element:
Fire
Ice
Earth
Light
Darkness
Sound
Lightning
Gravity
Wind

But there was an evil tenth dragon that could control time, the dragon eleminated six of the nine dragons, only Wind, Gravity, and Sound remained.
Eventually, the dragons evolved into angels, and banished the tenth dragon into humanity.
Me and my brothers, Ginshin and Kio, are the Last of the Nine Dragons..."

Alucard was quite surprised as was Labriel.

"Five miniutes remaining..."
9-Volt cocked his gun.
"Lets get ready to rumble...."
