Archimonde Saga

[Lord_Zack]

Tatooine, home of Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker and Jabba the Hutt. A haven for criminals and rouges of the worst kind. even after after Jabba's death, the criminals remained.
It was here, at the spaceport of Mos Eisley, that Thega landed the Starrunner.

Unfortunetly for her, the Starrunner was almost exactly like a ship called the Millenium Falcon.

"Halt, Halfling!" the Imperial Officer barked.

"Whats wrong, Corpral?"

"You're ship matches the description of one piloted by rebels, we are searching it," even though the Rebel Alliance had renamed itself the New Republic, many Imperials still thought of it as the Rebel Alliance.

"I'm not a Rebel, I'm a mercinary. You're free to search my ship, you won't find anything incriminating," she said looking around the docking bay. The number was 94,and it was filled with parts for ship repair. An engine here, parts of an escape pod there. The escape pod was of an imperial corvette, Thega noticed. Odd, Thega didn't know of any battles at Tatooine.

"All right halfling, you're free to go. But don't cause any trouble or we'll be coming for you,"the stormtroopers left.

Thega was thirsty, so she looked for a cantina. She found one called the Mos Eisley cantina. It was apparently the best in town. As she entered she saw humans, bimms, rodians, barada, trandoshans, and others. They talked, a band played music and drank. She sat down between an aqualish and a gnaled human. The Aqualish said some thing, but Thega didn't understand.

"Hey, what do you want?" she said.

"He doesn't like you," the human said.

"So?"

"I don't like you either,"

"Why should I care?"

The human looked angry,"I have a deathmark..."

"Leave me alone or lose you're other hand,"

The two thugs took out there weapons. Thega proceed to slash off both there hands. They fled.

"I'd like a Soelian Ale, barkeep,"

"Sure, little lady, but no more chopping off hands, ok?"

She drank it and left the cantina. A man who had been in the cantina was there.

"You shouldn't draw attention to your self, Thega Windwillow,"

He drew back his hood. He was a brown-haired, brown-eyed man, with a beard.

"Dail Tumara, planar ranger, I presume?" she said.

"That's right,"he said.

"Well I need your assistance. My friend, Zack Gedan, has been possed by a powerful demon."

"Archimonde, servant of Sargeras, leader of the Burning Legion. He attempts to return to life, through you're friend,"he waves away an impending question from Thega,"I have my sources, and now they tell me you are in danger, we must go. Get a room at the Ahirman Inn, but stay at my room tonight."

Tatooine's twin moon's had went down. A creature emerged from it's lair. This monstrous, pale creature walked through the street's of Mos Eisley. It had to send a few creatures to sleep to get by them. He felt an urge to feed, but resisted it. No, he had a more serious mission. The halfling must die.

He jumped up in the air and flew to the window. He opened it. This was no simple undead vampire, it was a Nathresim, a Dreadlord. He flew into the window. He conquered a dagger. He stabbed the bump in the bed, and feathers flew up into the air. A pillow, he had stabbed a pillow! He bellowed, a haunting sound.

"A Dreadlord, an officer in Archimonde's army. Our enemy must want you dead alot,"

Archimonde wanted her dead! A frightening concept, but it distracted Archimonde from his real mission.

"We'll stay until tommorow night, then we leave,"

Archimonde sat on a throne in the Twisting Nether. This room had pillars supporting a ceiling and tunnels leading outward. There were art objects on pedastels around the room. Archimonde noticed a figure enter the room.

"Hello, Kil'jaden," said Archimonde.

"So you have returned Archimonde,"said Kil'Jaden. Kil'Jaeden was an Eredar, like Archimonde, as about as powerful as he once was. The Eredar were skilled in Warlock magic, they were adept in controlling and summoning there Demonic allies as well as corrupting enemies. Kil'jaden was a large humanoid, with reptilian scales and spiky hair.

"Yes," he said, "I have,".

"We do not have enough lost souls to recreate your body yet. I have allready begun talks with the Night Hags of Hades, but we doubt that will be successful, we need to invade some Material Planes. The war in Azeroth is not going as we planned. However, we do have the Naga and Bloodelves due to Illidan."

"Good,"

A dreadlord entered, a nervous expression on his face.

" Gel'Vemin, is the halfling dead?"

"No my lord, I was unable to find her..:

Before he is able to finish Archimonde blasts him with a bolt of fire, he burns for a moment and then is destroyed.

Kil'jaeden is shocked," Archimonde, we don't have that many demons! You cannot..."

"Relax Kil'jaeden, those who are not worthy must be purged, now tell me of Azeroth,"he said. But then he got a sharp pain in his head. He howled in pain.

"Human wretch," Archimonde told Zack mentally,"If you do not stop that, you will be in pain!"

"I'll stop as soon as you leave my body, demon!"sending him a wave of pain.

"Arghh, wretched human!"

"The human is exerting control?"Kil'jaeden asked.

"Just tell me about Azeroth," he said, having gotten Zack under control again.

Thega and Dain walked through Mos Eisley. Suddenly a few snake-like people walked through the crowd. There was two muscular males and two slim females.

"Halt, we are the Naga. Lord Illidan has ordered us to kill you."

"Who are these guys Dain, demons?"

"No they aren't but they serve a demon ally of Archimonde. They have elven allies, some of them are probably here too,"

"Talking about us?"

Two elves, dressed in red robes stood up on nearby buildings. They spook words of power and raised there hands over there heads. Two meteors fell to Tatooine, they then transformed into giants of earth and fire.

"These enemies are beyond us, run Thega!"she and Dain ran.

OoC: Here goes...

Suddenly, a grey ship entered the planet of Tatooine. It flew low, and shot at a giant.

"Hey, Thega," Said a familier voice, "looks like your in a bit of a problem. Let me-"

A metorite crashed into the ship, making it full of flames.

"I have GOT TO learn how to master this..." He added.

The ship hit the brown earth, crashing into some people, breaking legs, but no strings cut.

"SORRY!" Whoever was in that small ship jumped out, and landed on the ground as the ship was no more.

"Who is that?" Dain asked in an amused voice.

"That is X-3, he is a friend of mine. He has probably come to help with Zack,"

Then they looked in horror as a third Infernal, the giant demons that formed the backbone of the Burning Legion siege technology, and were feared on other battlefields too, climbed up over the rear of the ruined hulk,"

"That's immposible, a third Infernal? Unless there is a third Warlock. The Burning Legion must really want you dead,"

"X-3 lets go! Back to my ship!"said Thega. She ran towards her ship. She dissapered into the crowd.

"You'd better come with us, unless you want to be Demon bait, kid," Dain said.

"Fine..." The hedgehog said, barely dodging a metorite.

He ran, with Dain and Thega, into the Starrunner. It lifted off the brown soil, and flew into space.

X-3 explained why he had come, as he had other resons... But first he was introduced to Dain.

"I'll expalin why I've come to help. first of coarse, I like taking down back guys. Second... my friend, Saria the hedgehog, was bitten on her arm by this...." A hologram instantly poped out of his glove. Its glowing contents showed a weird dark bug like thing, with huge blood red fangs. "This... is a Darkting. When it bites any living creature, they get struck with a diesese called Dartega, which can, if not cured in a while, kill you mentally. While your sick, you canot move or do ANY actions. Only sleep. Rush, my Chao, gave me this needle." He showed a blue, pointy needle. "It seems the only way to cure Dartega is by sticking this needle in "Something", and give it to the victim. That something must be something... dark. Not in color, but as in if you're evil your not. I figured I could stick this is in a demon, so we have that covered. And my third reason is..." The hedgehog took out a paper, with boxes next to words, some checked with a blood red check. "Fighting a demon is on my "Goals in life" sheet."

RING!! That was a noise coming from something X-3 pulled out.

"Mailbox DS. Lets see... 2 E-Mails. I'll start with Rush. He says... to cure Saria, that dark thing must be.... AT LEVEL 10 IN DARKNESS?! My god, almost nothing is that evil. Maybe Archimonde will work. Yeah. Anyway, my second E-Mail from... 44363? Whoever that says... Oh god..."

"What is it X-3?" Thega asked.

"This unknown e-mail is about a demonic attack. I don't know why it was sent to me, but Kythan IV, a tropical planet, has been attacked by a legion of demons. There's an attachment, hey those are those demons that we fought at Tatooine!"

Thega and Dain looked at the attached image. There were indeed Infernals. With them were red-orc-like creatures, carrying wickedly-pointy halberds and freightening helmets. They certainetly looked demonic.

"Fel Guard and Infernals. There hasn't been such a large force since the War of the Ancients on Azeroth. The Demons had to have a purpose."said Dain.

"There's more, the souls of the dead were apparently captured by demonic magic, because no Resurruction magic worked on the dead. That's horrible!"said X-3.

"Yes, it indeed does not bode well. The souls of the dead can some times be manipulated and transformed from their petioner states in to more powerful beings, such as demons, or used in Demonic projects such as Archimonde's resurruction. Yet it suggests that they need more souls to compete that project. We have some time,"

Thega checked the Maginet for coordinates to Kythan IV. But, it did not work.

"A regional Maginet failure. How am I going to get Gummispace coordinates if I don't have any Maginet?"

"Hmm, I think this mysterious E-mailer must be a mage,"

"Why do you say that Dain?" said Thega.

"This person knew our regional Maginet was down and that X-3 was with us. That means divinatinon magic, powerful divination magic,"

"We have a powerful wizard as an ally then. That's good,"said Thega.

"Yes, if it's not a trick of the enemy,"said Dain.

"Hey the Maginet's back up!" said Thega. She got the coordinates and loaded them into the Gummidrive Navigation system.

"Get ready guys, if this is your first travel through Gummispace, it can be a bit nervewracking at first.

The ship went at highspeed. It broke through the planar barriers and wham! the ship was in Gummispace, a vast Plane of Gummi that connected most Material Planes. The ship's Gummiburrower allowed them to go through the goopy Gummi, usally a border none could pass, a border aganist the Heartless, one of the most destructive forces in the Multiverse. It was a good deterant for others too.

"Gummi? As in Gummi wo-"

The ship broke through the Gummispace. X-3 acted fast. While his face was totally green, he quickly took out a bag and....

"*BLAH!!!*" X-3 threw up in the bag. "Much better" he thought. "So, wheres the garbage?"

"Throw it in the garbage decomposure." Thega told him.

He did so.

"Man... That felt good. At least getting it out.... Huh? Another E-Mail? Its from our mysterious E-Mailer... He's giving us direction. It says: Avoid their assualt with a barrel roll!"

Thega grabs on to the controls quickly and manuvered the ship into a barrel roll. They avoided unidentifed energy blasts, that flashed all around the ship, brightening the usually dark cockpit. One hit with a crash, shaking the ship.

"X-3, Dain get to the blaster cannons! Middle of the ship one down, one up! Hurry!"said Thega. They rushed to the cannons.

Thega straighened the ship and saw her enemies. Large, fish-like things flew through the Gummi. They looked alive, but had cockpits and things-like ships would have, you could see the Naga pilots through the glass.

"Not these guys again!" thought Thega.

She fired her blaster cannons as the other two fired they'res. There enemies had 5 ships. They fired there weapons again and Thega saw they were bolts of blue arcane energy. The Starrunner's weapons hit and were blocked by shields. The tactical display listed the shields at 89%. This was going to be a tough battle.

"Guys, the red button is a mini proton torpedo launcher. Use the Torpedos sparingly. We have only 3 a turrent. Once I find I weakness, exploit it, okay?"

Ooc: Ok I'll describe the space battle.

Thega steered the ship sideways and added more energy to the engines by typing into the computer. The two opened fire on one ship and hit it several times, flashes brightening that area in space. The shields were nearly depleted and a few shots had bypassed the shields entirely, making the area hit mangled-looking. An arcane bolt hit the Starrunner, but Thega had already analyzed there weakness.

"Prepare to focus all fire on each of the ships, one at a time. The shields are magical in nature and fade as you go to the rear,"

They flew out and then turned back in, the Starrunner was going on the same course as the Naga ships.

"Focus fire! Ship # 1!"

They opened fire on the ship, quickly draining the shields. Space brightened again and then there was a brillant flash as the enemies' ship exploded.

"One down four to go, so let's not get cocky."

They then moved to stop another.

"X-3! Torpedo!"

X-3 pressed the Torpedo launch button. There was a short screech and the the Torpedo was away. It flashed through space, slammed through the Naga's shields and detonated. The ship rotated willy for a second slamming into another ship that was trying to outmanuver the Starrunner and exploded, damaging the third ship's shields.

"Dain, Torpedo!"

Dain fired, destroying the third ship. Thega noticed where the last two ships were, which was right over the Starrunner.

"Shield charge!"

The Starrunner's shields expended 10% of there power and hit the other two ships with unleashed shield energy. The two ships engines were hit through there shields and exploded, disabling the two ships. The Starrunner then went on to Kythan IV. They arrived later that day and landed in the Spaceport there.

X-3 stepped off the Starrunner, examining the new area, at least this was new to him.

He sarted walking around, curios about the whole place. Then came a loud RING from his Mailbox DS! He checked it. 2 new E-mails.

*NEW* .... - .....

".....? Who's that?" X-3 opened Rush's E-Mail first.

(BZETXRS)

"Ru-Rush t-to X-X-3. S-Saria i-in b-bad c-condition. D-Dark c-covering body. I-I h-have a s-solution. Y-You.... BZZZ"

"Rush!? Rush! Whats going on!"

"TRANSMISSON BROKEN!"

"That isnt good... Huh, a note on the screen!"

DO NOT GET A LVL 10 DARK THING. I AM SERIOUS.

-RUSH.

"More mystery. Now this second E-Mail says..."

The Starruner is aimed at. Please exit the ship immedinatly, or face exdinction!

"What the-"

He had to warn the others. Fast. He rushed to the Starrunner, not sure if they were in it still.

"GET OUT! NOW! YOU'LL SEE WHY!"

"No way, I'm not letting this ship get destroyed!"

Thega deverts all energy to shields, as a blast of demonic energy flashes from some sort of weapon. Thega and Dain do get out. The Starrunner is hit, damaged but not destroyed. Thega gets out her blaster and cmakes a few modifications.

"Sniper Mode engaged,"

"Thats it, I have a plan!"

Zack Etheral Jaunts out of his body. His spirt floated toward Earth. He found a blond swordsman practicing. he wore leather armor. Zack opened up telepathic communications.

"Hello, I am Zack, a fellow warrior,"he thougt towards the warrior

"What! Where are you?"the warrior asked.

"I am right before you and yet away. My body is being inhabited by a demon..."

"Say no more i'll help you. I'm a demon hunter!"

Zack possessed him. "I am now in you're body. We will do a few things and then go after the demon."

"Right!"

The whole port started to shake. Something was coming. Something.

Outside the port, a huge blue ship with some small ships around it. It charged a giant laser...

Inside, X-3 was consulting with Dain and Thega on what just happened. He explained both E-mails. Suddenly, a laser cut through part of the port, killing a offical, some people and barely avoiding our heroes.

The Blue Moon gang, a mercenary group who slit throats alot, were attacking.

"GET THE BOUNTIES!" A voice called from the huge ship.

The port was attacked.

"Everyone, get into a ship and fly away! We'll-" The Offical speaking had blood splashing out of his throat.

"ATTACK!" Cried a Wolf, with a sword covered in blood.

"C'mon, lets get in!" Thega commanded.

So they did. Blue Moon was too busy to notice their escape.... excpt for the Wolf.

"Blood Fox, its your duty to kill them. Come back after the job is done." He commanded. "Or elsee..." he took out his bloodly sword and pointed at the redFox he was talking to.

"Yes sir!" The Fox ran into his ship and drove after.

Meanwhile...

"Poor people. We.... we could've..." X-3 was almost about to cry, when a small ship approached from the back. He took notice and ran into a room. "Good thing I secretly transported my ship into this ship..." He got into his ship and took off.

The two small ships dueled for a while.

"ghgsdfvkg.( Quit!)" X-3 said in a forien laungauge.

"guvfgfgyuw.( No, I plan to have your coarpse on my windsheild.)"

X-3 shot a huge bullet at the ship.

"gvghbsfdh!( Dont kill me!)"

"In your dreams." X-3 said in English, shooting another bullet, exploding the other ship. X-3's ship got back to the Starrunner.

X-3 was speaking in that other laungauge because his opponent only knew some certing words in English. X-3 doubted that that Fox knew what X-3 had said in English, probaly only a few words. He was speaking Zaqas, some weird laungage.

"I hope they arnt made at me..." X-3 thought, jumping out of his ship.

"All right, I think we need to go to Sigil," said Thega.

"Sure,"said Dain.

"Lets find a portal to get there,"

She checked on the Maginet, and it said the first unlocked, unvariable portal was on Dylar III. She put in the coordinates and they blasted towards the planet through hyperspace.

They landed on it and Thega exited the ship.

She said,"all right we've got to find that portal,".

They were standing in a crevase in a forest. A cave lead further into the ground.

"Cave?" X-3 asked. "Thats the way to go?"

In the air, something was about the crash.

The Blue Moon ship was trailing them. Only one thing... engine troubles. The entire ship, with the gang, dashed towards the planet...

"Hey, whats that?" X-3 asked, still curious about everyone: Where to go, etc, etc.

He was about to find out. The giant ship barely missed the Starrunner, but its explosen did SOME damage to the ship. Tons of bodies flew out of the ship, blood spilling everywhere, including Blue Wolf.

"Hmph. Its a pity that such a respected clan got corupt and transformed into this mercenary group..." X-3 said, revealing Blue Moon's orgins. "Hey, whats that?"

He picked up a weird device, which, upon inspection revealed that Blue Moon was currently working for Archimonde, and... someone else. That somelse's name could not be revealed, but it had to do something with the Virtual Hotel.

"Bizzare... So, cave or not?"

"Yes,lets go in,"

Thega and Dain went in, X-3 followed. They went down a damp, dark tunnel. They went around a corridor and saw a portal. It was liquid-like and showed a fantastic city on the other side, there were buildings of all shapes and sizes. Thega and Dain walked through the portal and then X-3 did.

They saw the fantastic city and all sorts of creatures. Barbed and tailed devils, centaur-like creatures with ram characteristics, green-skinned elf-like creatures all haggled and hobnobbed in the streets.

"X-3, where going to find information about Archimonde, meet with us here tommorrow." they went into the crowd.

[Lord_Zack]

A fleet of Demonic Legion ships land on the Plane of Gehenna. Archimonde and a legion of demons step on to the volcanic soil that makes up the plane's 4 collosal mountians.

"Surrender yugoloths of Gehenna and we will spare you!"

An army of fiendish creatures charge. The Burning Legion weapons charge up and fire.

"Now, the Burning Legion has joined the Blood War! The planes shall shake under our might!"

Meanwhile, in a Material plane wilderness

"Great, we're lost." thought Zack.

"It's not my fault!" thought Seph.

They then, not looking where they were going, fell off a cliff. They landed in a spaceport.The locals looked at them.

"Are you allright?" A voice called.

Ooc:We need more people. Join!

X-3, in the city was looking around. He needed to find SOMETHING. Like a spy or something. He wanted to get some info about Archimonde to help the others.

Suddenly, he burst out laughing. He was laughing because he was thinking of Archimonde's name.

"HAHAHA! Archie? Like that comic book charater? Ha!" He laughed. But this was acually part of the plan. By laughing and talking about Archimonde, a spy or something might notice him. THEN he'd get info.

"Archimonde eh?" A voice asked behind him. Looking behind him, he could see a black Moogle with a black mage hat on. He seemed pretty friendly, and also his eyes were full of niceness. "Is your name X-3?"

"Si. Er, yes, it is."

"Good. I'm that mysterious caller from before. My name is Pi, and I am a Alpha Mage."

"Omega mage?"

"We use special magic. Nothing evil. But one spell type is evil. The Omega type."

"Yeah, Omega or something was a evil beast or something that killed man-kind, then the dinosaurs came. Anyway, where can I get some info on Archimonde by tommorow?"

"Follow me."

X-3 followed the Alpha mage to a dark cave. Inside, there was a blue elevator with tons of buttons. One was covered by a key hole. Pi used a key, one with a blood red jewel on it, on the key hole, and it opened. Of coarse, Pi pressed it. The elevator instantly opened, and the two stepped inside.

OOC:Sorry for the short intro,but I dont have much time to post...


Zado Zudamee was about to return to his drop ship and leave the planet when two beings fell from the sky and crashed to the ground infront of him.The Elite stared down at them in suprise.``Are you alright?``He asked in his usual calm voice...

*Down under the cave*

"This... is where I teach my students." Pi said.

X-3 gazed around. Nothing much. A arena and a classroom.

"So, can I see two of your students training before I get some advice? X-3 asked.

"Look." Pi pointed to the arena. A white tiger, who looked about six, with blue stripes, was fighting a Enchinda, about 21, who was the color of black. "That Enchinda's name is Gyron. I have to admit, he's my best student. He's been down here for 3 years. That tiger's name is Stripes. Not the best, but he tries his hardest, and he's a genius. See that mechanical weapons? He made those himself. Watch."

Stripes shot several blue blasts at Gyron. Gyron used his fists to block, then he punched the ground.

"What is he doing? X-3 asked.

"His strongest move. He calls it: Volcano EX."

Suddeenly, the arena cracked.

"I personally dont like what it does to my arena..."

Lava sprung out of the cracks, hitting Stripes. Stripes blocked with his fists. Gyron secretly got behind him, and said...

"BOO!"

"AHHHHH!!!" Stripes said, jumping very high off the ground. He landed with a thud. "I give up..." He groaned.

"Yeah, Gyron does that as a joke. Alot."

"Hey, who's this... hedgehog with a sword?" Stripes asked, after he and Gyron exited the arena.

"Let me guess, X-3 the hedgehog?" Gyron asked.

"How did you..."

"Newspaper. Guess you never read that, kid. I'm heading to my "room", Pi. See ya, Stripes, X-3 and Pi." Gyron headed to his room.

"So, what brings X-3 here?" Stripes asked greetedly.

"He's here to get info on Archimonde."

"Archimonde? That sounds like that comic book charater... Well, see you later." Stripes walked somewhere else.

"Well, c'mon X-3!"

X-3 followed the Moogle into his class.

"Archimonde is part of the Burning Legion or something."

"Right. What else?"

"Currently, he has probaly around 50 assains hunting you."

X-3's jaw nearly flew off.

"So be careful. You should get some training. I'm not sure about his weakness, but training is always a answer."

"Okay, how long?"

"Well..."

*2 hours later...*

"There, your training is complete! Thats all I can teach in 2 hours!" Pi said cheerfully and proudly.

"Cool. And the day is almost over. Well, see ya..." X-3 was cut off, as a arrow swung into Pi's head. "What the f-"

"You're next. That Archimonde dude told me to KILL everyone against him. Your one of them." A male rabbit with Archery equipment said, cutting out what X-3 was about to say. "Now..." His eyes closed a bit. "Prepare to die."
