The Kirby show was dissapointing.

For no other reason that Kirby was retarded. I mean, come on. He acted like an idiot. He didn't have any lines. I've always pictured Kirby as someone cool. Not some baby. Overall, the show was OK. And Metaknight was cool. But Kirby? Eh... Cartoons today...-jay

Well, Kirby doesn't know how to talk. Now me, I think Kirby was cute, funny, naive, sure, all the traits a character needs to get me to like them. I don't think it was disappointing. I mean, My other friends think Kirby's awesome! Even my friend who's not into anime's, or boyish things like video games, who doesn't even know Kirby, thinks he looks cute. I described his personality to her, and she says she'll watch it. (Heck, I know this is a long post, but I like debating.) The Kirby Anime might have been disappointing for you, but I believe it's a heck lot better than pokemon. I mean, sheesh, I never watch tv, and then I heard about the Kirby anime, and all of a sudden I'm watching Fox Kids every saturday to find out when the Kirby Anime's on. Besides, if you think this show was disappointing, you have at least 50 more episodes to live through that have already been made in Japan, and only need to be re-dubbed. Anyway, I can't wait until the next episodes come out. Although you say the show is disappointing, and I beg to differ, I respect your thoughts. I'm not trying to get you to change your mind, I'm just speaking my thoughts as well. Anyway, I'll be seeing ya around. I got more exploring to do on the Kirby Anime.

Curse my satellite service. I don't get the FoxBox for some reason. Hopefully they will release them on tapes or DVDs or something. I've heard a lot about it, but I want to see it for myself!

Kirby is always getting in some sort of mishap, It's even in the Game animation.

I want a Kirby who is intelligent enough to string words together. Bah. I think the main problem is that I just don't get the "new generation" of cartoons. Take Spongbob Squarepants. I personally think the show is crap and yet kids today love it. In the show, Kirby is an alien. He doesn't speak the Popstar language, although he is able to say words and seems to have some sort of understanding for their language.

Actually, you missed the first two episodes. Kirby shows twice in the morning, at 9 and at 11. Nothing special, though, plot-wise happened other than Kirby getting to Popstar.

Um, that's totally not true. I should know, because I own and have beaten every freak'n Kirby game. And in not ONE of the Kirby games does Kirby act retarded. Kirby has a cute voice in the game SSBM, and thats how I pictured him, not to really talk that much. Even my brother who grew up with Kirby and knew him since day 1 knew he woulden't talk. He's a little puffball that makes a few noises. Mario talks and says "Lets a go" and "Yahoo" and "Its a me Mario!" Now you KNOW he can talk cause its inhuman for a persons vocabulary to hae only those words. Kirby was meant that way, and I like him that way, and I speak for lots of people here. Anyway, the show was AWESOME!!!!

I also don't like how Kirby has been dumb down. I agree with Perrin Aybara, Kirby is just retarded in the show.

They renamed Lolo Fololo! It's upsetting how Lolo and Lala don't play a large part especially since he had his own Nes series back then.
